DCS was contracted as the Construction Manager and General Contractor for the second phase of capital upgrades to NRG Stadium. Work included the following:
- Demolition and renovation of 21 existing concession locations to enhance food service operations and available menus
- Contract $8M
- Schedule 12 weeks
