DCS was contracted as the Construction Manager and General Contractor for the first phase of capital upgrades to NRG Stadium. Work included the following:
- Renovation of 206 luxury suites
- Demolition and renovation of 16 existing concession locations to enhance food service operations and available menus
- Demolition and rebuild of 4 premium Club level bars
- Contract $20M
- Schedule 16 weeks
